About Breathe Biologics

Advancing Regenerative Immunology in Pulmonary Medicine

Developing Investigational Cellular Therapies for Severe Respiratory Disease

Breathe Biologics, Inc. is a clinical-stage pulmonary biotechnology company focused on the development of regenerative cellular therapies for serious inflammatory and degenerative respiratory diseases.

Clinical-Stage Pulmonary Biotechnology
Our Company

Focused on Severe Pulmonary Disease

Breathe Biologics is developing JadiCell™, an investigational allogeneic mesenchymal cell platform derived from the subepithelial layer of human umbilical cord tissue.

Breathe Biologics

A pulmonary-focused biotechnology company built around regenerative immunology.

The company's development strategy is centered on diseases in which severe inflammation, immune dysregulation, endothelial injury, epithelial damage, and maladaptive tissue repair contribute to respiratory failure or progressive loss of pulmonary function.

Our Focus

Translating Cellular Biology Into Rigorous Clinical Development

Breathe Biologics is focused on building a development program that integrates clinical evidence, translational medicine, manufacturing science, and pulmonary disease biology.

  • Severe inflammatory pulmonary disease
  • Regenerative immunology
  • Translational biomarker research
  • Allogeneic cell-therapy manufacturing
  • Evidence-driven clinical development
Mission

Pursuing New Approaches to Pulmonary Injury and Repair

Our mission is to advance the scientific and clinical development of regenerative cellular therapies that may address important biological processes underlying severe pulmonary disease.

01
SCI

Science First

Ground development decisions in pulmonary biology, published evidence, translational research, and appropriately controlled clinical investigation.

02
CLN

Clinically Meaningful Development

Focus clinical programs on serious diseases, meaningful endpoints, patient outcomes, and questions that can be evaluated through rigorous study.

03
MED

Responsible Scientific Communication

Clearly distinguish published evidence, class-level evidence, mechanistic rationale, and investigational hypotheses in scientific communications.

Our Platform

JadiCell™

JadiCell™ is a patented, investigational allogeneic mesenchymal cell platform derived from a distinct anatomical region of umbilical cord tissue using proprietary isolation and manufacturing methods.

A Living Cellular Therapy Platform

Unlike a conventional pharmacologic agent directed at a single molecular target, mesenchymal stromal cells may respond dynamically to the biological environment through paracrine and immunomodulatory signaling.

Proprietary Tissue Source Derived from the subepithelial layer of human umbilical cord tissue.
Allogeneic Platform Donor-derived manufacturing designed to support standardized clinical product.
Paracrine Biology Biological activity under investigation includes secreted mediators and immunomodulatory signaling.
Pulmonary Development Clinical development is focused on serious inflammatory and degenerative respiratory diseases.

Investigational Therapy: JadiCell™ has not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for the treatment, prevention, diagnosis, or cure of any disease. Safety and efficacy have not been established for any indication.

Development Philosophy

Connecting Biology, Biomarkers and Clinical Outcomes

Breathe Biologics approaches development as an integrated scientific process connecting disease biology with translational evidence, manufacturing quality, clinical investigation, and patient outcomes.
